BRIEF
For the fourth year running, Biss Lancaster was appointed to publicise the fundraising fashion shows and maximise awareness of Breast Cancer Care’s services across Scotland. |

RESPONSE
PR activity centred on the 20 models taking part, all of whom had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Their personal stories gave a strong platform for communicating key messages and raising awareness. |

ACTIVITY
Biss Lancaster issued a series of releases, sold in features, secured a partnership with No 1 magazine, and arranged a photocall with Miss Scotland as well as setting-up broadcast interviews. |

RESULT
The 2008 Scottish fashion shows achieved over 50 pieces of coverage including two national TV features – a first for the PR campaign - and five radio interviews. |
